The copyright is owned by the publisher of the translation. The bible itself is owned by no one it is made up various printings from the centuries depending on who you believe. The people that translate and put their own interpretations on it have copyrights on to what they translated

Most versions are public domain. Not all. New International is copyrighted by a trust that maintains it, for example.

The wrong people. It should not be copyrighted anyway because every time someone said god the church would gain a nickel. That would be a bad idea.

God? under the name Jesus Christ unless your talking about the Old Testament then Jehovah is his name. Or maybe if your Jehovah witness, then you would also say Jehovah also. But you can always make a newer version, this seems very popular today and you could put a few new ideas and start a new religion to go with it also?

XD I don't think anyone does at all. I think after a document becomes over 70 years old it's public domain. Good question.
