Does it have to be 50 days? The only thing you can do is to exercise and lessen the amount you eat. Maybe try lowering the amount of fats and carb intake (bread, sugars, oily foods, red meats) just a bit by adding more vegetables. If you drink milk, try low fat 1% or skim.
DO NOT DO THE NO CARBS thing. VERY BAD for your health!. You may lose weight, but your energy levels will deplete, if you replace with fats your cholesterol levels will rise, and it could lead to further health complications such as heart disease or even diabetes!.
Most people concentrate on food. But really the best way is to keep active. Start slow and work your way up. Start with a light walk around the block and work your way upto a jog.

The correct approach is more scientific that the previous answer suggested. You need an estimate of your BMR -- your basal metabolic rate. This can be established with a five-minute test at any wellness clinic with a MedGem device. This tells you how many calories you body needs to sustain itself if you just sat still in a chair all day long. You need to consume this many calories just to preserve your health in its current state.
Eating calories above this level, with no additional exercise, will make you gain weight. Eating calories below this level will cause you to lose weight.
Things are actually a little more complicated that this, because you DO exercise (even moving around the house is exercise) and so you DO need more than the basal calorie intake. The secret to gaining, maintaining, or losing weight is to know your basal number and manage to it. If you basal calorie requirement is 1200 calories, and you want to maintain your weight, you have to do appropriate exercise to cancel out the calories you ingest. If you want to lose weight, you need to do MORE exercise than the calories you ingest.
One pound of fat is equivalent to 3000 calories. If you want to lose a pound of fat each week, your net eating + exercise MUST be >= -3000 calories. That's right -- you have to create a 3000 calorie deficit for each pound you want loose. That sounds like a lot, but it's actually only about 450 calories per day, which could come from 200 calories that you don't eat and 250 calories burned by exercising (about 45 minutes on the treadmill should do it easily -- at walking speed).
Losing 10 lbs in 50 days (7 weeks) can be achieved. That's 1.5 lbs/week -- about a 4500 calorie deficit each week -- a bit over 600 calories per day from eating less food and exercising.

You are not overweight... in fact, 5'5" and 120# is rather thin. Don't worry about losing weight, but be aware that you are gaining and be more careful what you eat. It's a great time to develop healthier eating habits.
And exercise always does wonders!

Sweetie, at a 20 bmi you are on the small end of healthy. If you were 103 recently, either you were shorter or you were sick. The strength of your urge to do this worries me. If you insist on doing this please ask your gym teacher how to do it properly, and have them keep tabs on your progress OK? Being 100 lbs will not give you back control over your life. God Bless - contact me if you want OK? all4god@yahoo.com
