1. Draw 2 circles
2. Class one as pig manure and label all the rotten things in your life. And the other as a cool spa and write in the opposite.
3. Write down STOP and as you breathe in and out flick out and throw in the rubbish. With twirls in the stomach go and have a vomit or have a silent scream out aloud to yourself.
4. Breathing in again and as you breathe out say out aloud what you are feeling at the time. [Fear, Anxiety, etc].
5. Write down and say out aloud what has caused you this pain, and note that you, the child, is not to blame and name the perpetrators, all, out aloud.
6. Repeat.

Depends on what your illness is for. I went through three counselors before I found the one I felt comfortable with. It started twice a week and then after 3 years once a week. It's been 7 years. 8 months since my last visit and I feel great. I was unloading on everybody - my counseling sessions helped me keep my 'negative' outlook in my sessions most of the time. I thought that I knew myself best and couldn't see how a total stranger could straighten my life out. But the 'repairs' are totally at your pace. I'm happy I went. Wish I would have done it sooner. Lost a lot of good people and family in my life who didn't understand and thought I was nuts - because looking back, I guess I was!!! Good Luck and keep searching until you find what fits your needs. It really is nice to have a 'friend' to see once a week or so. :)

Yes that would work. I would say you should be in a good hospital with professionals that know how to treat your symtoms. Usually they will try to get you to scream really loud, or take your anger out in a different way. Please don't keep it stuffed inside of you like that. Not working and you know it. What they are asking you to do, you think sound silly. It is, but it isn't .

1. It was not your fault.
2. The perpetrators should be named, so they can take the
blame.
3. People have been blaming themself for too long, and keep-
ing bad things that happen to them locked inside of them.
Today you don't have to do that any more, cause thousands
of people are going through this, and speaking out. Learning
that it is not their fault. They were only a child.

At one time it was all keapt a secert. The child was told it was their fault. Was even given reason by the person, or persons that was abusing them. Being a child you believe that. Now you need to believe that you can help yourself get rid of the pain. I will not tell you that it will be easy, or that what they have asked you to do sound normal. You will find that this is just one of the first steps that you will go through. It may not be an easy road, but it you really want to do it for yourself and not everyone else, and not cause you want to do it too, then you will find it will not work.
You are on a long hard road, and every time you slip back a step, you need to keep replacing the neg. with positive, and take a step forward. It will become easier. I know , i have gone through those steps..........so please don't give up cause you think it is not working, it will not just go away over night. Takes time, i know, i am still working on things myself............remember you are not the blame. The perpetrators were.

I wouldn't be in that group who could say this works. If you are to this point, then you need to be spending a little time in a rest facility or mental health ward. Getting away from the stress of the world (even a vacation) can make the difference and get you out of this toxic loop.
