A man has been found dead in his car. He has been shot several times. All his windows were rolled up and completely intact. All his doors were locked and there was no sign of forced entry. There was evidence that the shooter shot him from outside his car. So, that rules out suicide. How did the shooter kill his target?

The man was shot in his car, not shot outside then put in. The shooter was outside the car when he made all his shots and the windows were all roled up and doors locked at the moment of the shooting.

Shot several times implies someone else (not suicide). Windows up and intact with locked doors seems as though the shooter would be in the car. If the car is a regular auto...and not a clown car or made up ridiculousness, and the shooter was indeed outside...there was a hole. A passage way for the bullet in which to travel. The vic(victim) was probably shot from above by a shooter from a mount several meters overhead while the convertible's top was down. Firing angle would have been over 30 degrees or more with the projecticles entering the vic from the back.
