Imp - a demon
elude - to escape
you place the first letter of the hint (PE) in to the - in news-rime and get news prime
and you place the second letter in for - in -nero and get Enero
enero - spanish for january
and you get: imps elude, news prime, enero
in other words it says "January Prime News - demons escaped"
