I have no remembrance of doing anything that would cause this--thoughts?

If you are serious about this, I would guess that you are also already talking to your doctor about this. This does not sound good. Having no remembrance of things like this is not a good sign.

You must be almost dead if you keep bleeding that bad. And no
urine ? That usually happens when you lose all your body functions.
Are you strangling your self for a high? It's a death sentence if you are. But if your in a pool of blood you will die soon of blood loss.

If It's true you better get yourself to a doc.
you could be having Epileptic fits in your sleep.
Or if your awake and all of a sudden your like this...Epileptics usually don't remember it when it happens.

You seem to be allowing yourself to live a worthless life, or one that has no gratitude to God. It's like, no matter what you do or how much you try to succeed in life, you're still where you started 'cos God hasn't quite blessed you quite yet. Or may be you have been successful in your eyes and those of other mortals, but in God's eyes this is not so.
