I do one of two things...
1 look at them strangely and just say alllllllllrighty then.
2 grab them by the tongue and lead them around the room. I'm funny like that. It's a good thing I know my friends.

Make a little face of disgust, kind of point at their tongue and ask them very seriously "Have you seen a doctor about that?" They will think something is wrong with their tongue - and head for a mirror.

The only person who really does this to me is one of my friends, and she does it pretty much in jest. So I might be likely to stick my tongue out at her.

i make a funny face back. especially when someone's being mean and yelling. making a funny face at them shows them how ridiculous they are for getting mad over stupid and silly things.
