Romanian help?

Question

can somebody teach me Romanian from email...?

I don`t want to learn Romanian from site, but please teach me by using email or messenger.

You could try a specialist language exchange site. There is one called www.mylanguageexchange.com or another called www.language-buddy.com Or just do a search for "language exchange", or look on a discussion site called LangCafe (I think it is called.)
Romanian is NOT such a difficult language, if you know another Romance language, such as French or Spanish, or even if you know English that will be a great help with the vocab. It might be difficult to speak it "correctly" though, as a large proportion of Romanians don't. Teachers of Romanian and textbook writers still have a rather old fashioned prescriptive approach to language - they are more concerned with correcting petty grammatical errors, which don't get in the way of communication, than actually teaching you how to communicate in the first place. This is just from my experience of Romanian language learning materials. They hammer on about using the correct gender plural form before they have even told you what any of the words mean!
