Most men do not like to be involved with the color schemes or even the planning of the wedding. Don't be so hard on him. I would suggest that you go to a paint store and look at the color swatches. They normally have them all grouped together in like colors and then you can compare and see what you like together. Good luck and God bless****

You can match a lot of colors with wine and ivory, I would pick up some paint swatches from home depot and put together what looks good for you. Paste them on a sheet and take it with you when talking about flower arrangements, linens, bridesmaids dresses, and any other colors that will be around you durring the wedding. I think the physical color palette will also be helpful when making decisions with your fiance. He will understand better when he sees the colors together.
There are a lot of directions you can go such as...
Warm Fall Colors, add rusts, sage, creams
Add blue for a nautical feeling
Add green for a nature feel....
Basically pick out colors you like and add colors that complement each other and you have your palette for the wedding. Congrats!

You can match a lot of colors with red and ivory, go to the florist and ask what they would suggest. Most men do not get into all the details of a wedding, give him little things he can do that will help out. Ask friend and family to pitch in to help also, including his family, as they will be related soon now is the time to get there assistance. Good luck, and Congratulations on your up coming wedding.

i finished up employing crimson and ivory for my wedding ceremony colours, and it regarded mind-blowing. initially, i wanted crimson, white, and black yet that replaced right into a sprint too harsh for an early summer season wedding ceremony. The ivory softened it up and that i used champagne as an accessory colour and charcoal gray for the tuxes. crimson is so deep, wealthy, and classic- in my opinion, I hate pastels. numerous human beings commented on how lots they enjoyed seeing a bolder colour besides. additionally, I believe a prior poster that military or deep blue might supplement crimson and ivory nicely.

Gold would be perfect...but don't go overboard. You need just enough gold accents to be classy, but not too much or else it will look out of place.
