Have your hair trimmed every 3 months or when you start to notice that you are getting split ends. You should also use a good conditioner and I would recommend Biolage Conditioning balm...it works great. Also to reduce getting split ends quicker, use a wide tooth comb when your hair is wet. Hope this helps you out a little.

You should get your ends clipped so that the split ends are gone and then your hair can start to grown back even and healths. Make sure you keep it washed and conditioned though, that will help alot so that the split ends wont come back as fast or not as bad.

There are so many products out there that claim to prevent split ends, and even mend them. I'm not too sure about how great those are. But a trim every once in a while does the trick!

Drink lots of water, as it removes the toxins from your hair and prevents split ends, for most of the time.
And secondly trim your hairs once in two months, your hair will look great and also prevent slplit ends.

just get a hair cut and tell them you want a trim just short enough to remove all your split ends. its usually about a 1/2 inch.

you should probably trim your ends and layer it so its harder to tell when you have split ends you could get that done pretty much at any hair salon!
