Alls you need to do is stick to your diet. First exercises everyday just like taking a jog around the block every morning for a short period of time. You should also look at the food labels when you buy foods. Check for sugars, trans fats, saturated fats, and high fructose and all that good stuff!. Also don't eat alot. Eat a well sized amount of food. A serving of meat should only be the size of your palm! And eat all those veggies! Cut out of all that yummy junk food! maybe treat yourself to junk food once a month. Also chicken is VERY healthy for you! I hope the best for this weight issue if you really do have one. by the way Check a scale if your average weight first!

start running marathons: if you can run over 20 miles a day, you can pretty much eat anything you darn well want to.
