Yes, Suvanabhumi is around 20-30 km. from Bangkok to the East and is on the way to Pattaya from Bangkok. Pattaya is ~ 130 km from Bangkok

As the others have said, yes it is.
Takes about 90 minutes to get from Suvarnabhumi to Pattaya unless you hit peak traffic times.
