I belive in God and Jesus, but God knew what would happen to people and what they would do as he is God! so why did he bother?
I mean Jesus died for everyone: Why should he have? People need him nowadays as some don't even belive in him! And God knew who would be evil and God created everything including evil, why?

I think you're starting to grasp the problems with free will not being compatible with a sovereign God. One of the two has to be correct, and the only way to resolve your dilemma is to change the theology around a little bit.

First of all, God knowing everything doesn't mean God causes everything. This would amount to double predestination, and this is not taught in the Bible. Rather, God created man good but man sinned and brought condemnation to the entire human race. Therefore it's his fault, not God's. As a result, man cannot have free will since he maintains a corrupt spirit from birth (original sin). This allows God to predestine, and this is also mentioned throughout the Bible.

Second, Christ did not die for everyone. He died only for the elect that God chose from before the foundations of the world. Everyone tainted and standing condemned before the Lord, and yes, "God knew who would be evil" -- everyone! Except of course for the ones that He chose to have a relationship with.

So the answer to your question is no, everyone is not innocent. And the ones that have been plucked from their destruction better be very humble about a) who saved them, and b) how they were saved. Christians have no part in their salvation whatsoever, even the assumed "choice" was only a misguided response to the faith already given to them. We should consider ourselves very, very fortunate to have a God who cares for the ones that he saves.

God 'bothered' b/c He wanted to have a relationship with us.

No one is 'innocent'; no one can stand before a holy God.

Think of a bottle of pure water, if you put even the smallest drop of sewage water in it - is it still pure? NO!

That is like God and sin.

& NO; God did NOT create evil. Evil is NOT a 'thing.' It has no ontological status - it cannot exist on it's own. U can think of evil as a lack of good. If God is the author of all that is good - whithout God what do u have?

God created the potential for evil by creating man with free will. Man actualizes evil by the choices we make.

Edit: sorry there wil be no excuses. God gave all the light of creation and the light of conscience; if we respond -- we will be given more light. Those who reject God do so b/c they want to be their own god of this universe.

Acts 17
17:26
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.
17:27
God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.

"For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities - His eternal power and divine nature - have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse" (Romans 1:20).

No No NO? everyone is not innocent? We are all self willed egotistical prideful fools, thinking we can out smart God, this is the nature of a god, OK a lesser god to imagine he can foil Gods plan. God had a perfect plan and it still is. God allowed evil to contrast himself with it. God created a world called Heaven in what he called 6,000 years, said it was all good and lovely. Now what God allowed was Satan to create a world in 6,000 years, and this world brings us up to today. Satan is the reason for all the evil, not God, for this is his world. God made a way out and religious people in Jesus day fought against him. And today is no different, religious people fight against Jesus to stop God's plan. But God gets more people than he would have gotten if the plan goes without the fallen race of man, also a people that believe in him more, and are more grateful because they were not originally part of God's plan, but are saved by believing. Now if you do not believe then God hates you; Romans 9:13
As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
Malachi 1:3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.
Yes God hates Esau, and was better Judas was not born; Mark 14:21 The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.
Religions cannot except the fact that God can hate or he created evil, but it serves his purpose. Now here is the scripture that says God created evil, but as the serpent told Eve many will say it doesn't mean that; Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Yeah seriously.
Isn't he able to predict all future and prevent all actions since God is "all powerful"?
I think he can't.
Otherwise God wouldn't be angry for what Adam and Eve has done. Or was God not able to predict the action of the snake?
The story of Adam and Eve proves that God is not "all knowing" and he does not control everything.

For some people: Don't deny or say no to this fact.
Stop living in your fantasy world. Keep looking away and you'll never know the truth..........to anything.

You say that you believe...so just trust in God. He has a purpose for everything He does. I personally think that God knows everything, but he doesn't use the I know everything ALL the time. People have free will to choose what they want to believe in, but if God knew that you would never love him or want to be with him, why even be born? The life you lived was meaningless. To end without any hope of a resurrection. It is sad. Yes I do believe that God knows everything, but I think he chooses what to know and what not to know

Fran.

If a couple decide to have several children, it is very possible that one or more or even all of them will cause these parents great pain. They will disobey them. Some may even rebel and tell these loving parents "I hate you". Some of their children may even end up in prison. Still, they will chose to have these children because the joy of hearing our child say :"I love you" on their own free will outweighs the rest.

This gives a small glimpse to why God has created us...but HE has also provided the remedy for our sin...Jesus Christ.

God could have created us to follow His commands to the letter, but then He could creat robots to do this too. HE wanted us to do it because we Wanted to....not because we had to.

Our choice...I have chosen...JESUS

If you believe in god then he made people the way they are but if you are educated and have the ability to think for yourself think again there is no logic to giving the mess of the world as credit to a supreme being .How stupid is that for real ???? for people to solve the problems of the world they need to ban together and think a new kind of thinking other than the kind that caused the problems on this planet.
peace out and may you think anew and innovate too.

You are correct. An all-knowing god would have known that I and billions of others would die in unbelief, but created those souls to be eternally tortured anyways. Freewill has nothing to do with what I am talking about. I am saying that god would already know that as a result of my freewill I would die an atheist. This type of god is a demon and if it exists we should do everything possible to kill it.

All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. the wages of sin is death. God is righteous therefore sin must be accounted for. god knew that man had a sin nature and would fall short but he had a plan of salvation for his creation. God came o the world in the form of man to pay the penalty of death for all who accept his atonement he provided through Jesus Christ.

GOD CREATED CREATURES WITH FREE WILL

CREATURES WITH FREE WILL CREATED EVIL.

DON'T BLAME GOD, GOD DOES NOT MAKE ALL YOUR DECISIONS FOR YOU-------YOU DO!!!!

PEOPLE HURT OTHER PEOPLE EVERYDAY, BECAUSE THEY WANT TO FOR THEIR OWN MISERABLE SELFISH REASONS. NOW WE WANT TO BLAME THAT ON GOD, GOD IS PROBABLY THE LAST PLACE OF REFUGE FROM OUR FELLOW SELFISH, SELF SERVING, CHRIST HATING MANKIND. I can see how you can come to feel this way, but isn't it the backwards arguement of THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT. We suffer more as a result of our own foolish decisions, and the selfish decisions of those around us, than we realize, and both God and the devil become scape goats. Come unto me and I will give you rest,

I hope you find peace.
