HA HA, THIS JUST MAY BE TRUE JUST WAIT TIL SOMEONE DIES AND ASK IF THEY'D DONATED THERE BODY TO THE RESEARCH TEAM THEN ASK DOCTORS TO SWITCH THE EYE BALLS OF THE DEAD PERSONS AND YOURS. Not intentionally.
Trauma to the eye can sometimes cause eyes to change colour (which is why David Bowie is lynx-eyed).
It may be a side effect of some Waaaayyy out anesthetic problem. But believe me, its a serious problem, and you would have others too.

No. Nazi doctors did try it, though. The only change possible is from blue to brown, it's a permanent change, and it's a side effect of a medication (I don't know the name).
