Any tips?
I am just slightly below the minimum weight for donating blood. It is very annoying that sometimes I'm allowed to donate, sometimes I get rejected. I would like to gain say 5 kgs and keep it there. Any ideas? Thanks!

protien shake, worked great for me, I drank about 57 grams of protein in the shake on days i worked out. Make sure it's made of whey, or egg white, and not bad fillers

gained 10 pounds in a few weeks with no change in appearence, strength, or speed, I have no clue where it went, but I got it.

Also, energy bars help a lot.
