Any ideas or info on how to get somethin patented like, i have this alcoholic drink i wanna get patented, any info???

Very important, search for a Patent Attorney first. http://des.uspto.gov/OEDCI/
Then take a look at the US Patent Office web site: http://www.uspto.gov/, for all the informations you need.

The only way to get legal protection for a mixed drink is to bottle, produce, and distribute it under a distilling licence. Even then, if its popular someone will copy it and then you'll have competition.
Just look at Mike's Hard Lemonade. It pops up takes off and suddenly every distiller is making hard this hard that and the market gets split. Even in Canada, I live here, as well.
