It was a very subtle Autumn, winter starts December 21st, it is finally getting cold here on the east coast, according to The Farmer's Almanac it is suppose to be a mild and short winter...No one can predict the weather...most of the time the meteorologist are wrong also...chances are your guess is as good as anyone else. .....

About 60%. Its more than 50 because its winter. Less than 100 because obviously no one can really know.
