You've just admitted to being human. As far as I'm concerned, that's wonderful in itself. Why beat yourself up. Why not look for positives? I'll bet you're glad you're not the student who studies long and hard and his best is a C grade. Some of the most influential and well thought of minds of all time were not perfect in school, in fact they were far from it. If you beat yourself up over this, what will you do when you face real failure in life ahead? It is coming. Get used to not being perfect. You've now just graduated from the abnormal to the normal. Welcome!

What did you do when you stopped walking on water? Kiddin, I know the feeling. Turn around and achieve something else. Confidence diminishes in strange ways. But this doesn't have to happen to you yet! You will reach a heart attack sooner than later if you are trying to control every thing and being perfect. Remember the only one requiring that of you is you. You will be your death fate if you don't realize that you can ride your bike with your feet on the handle bars while your hands are in the air, if you want to. Set your self free!! I mean it!

Well, you are a perfectionist...but you did pass the test, and you will have to just make yourself study a bit harder, if you are going to be so hard on yourself...there is nothing wrong with wanting the perfect score, but don't be so hard on yourself...it really isn't the end of the world, and praise yourself when you do succeed...God Bless

This happens to me all the time. Just chill out and talk to friends...and be free. There is no turning back time, so just keep moving. *:)

You shouldn't always expect 100%. I f you continue to do this, see a doctor. I had to, and it helped.

Accept that you are human and that we all make stupid mistakes. You just have to learn and go on with life.
