A friend in my grade broke his leg and is on crutches so is basically immobilized. His ex gf is like 15 and her new boyfriend is like 20-21 ish. he made threats to my friend tonight about going out with "his girlfriend". So i was at a party and he started to push my frind around so i stood up and said what are you doing. then he got all defensive and was talking **** to him. so i had no choice and i had no choice but to deck him in the face and fight him off. I though i beat him but i got my *** kicked. but everyone else said i gave him a run for his money or kicked his butt. If the girls and mostly my whole grade saw this would this be bad because i didnt handel it differently?

Well, good for you for sticking up for your friend. But violence is never the right way to handle anything. You will probably be somewhat of a hero with most of your classmates, however.

The new boyfriend must be really hard up. Any 20 year old that needs to date 15 yr old girls can't keep a girl his own age interested. That makes him the loser, every time.

Well, it is nice that you stood up but girls don't necessarily like fighting. Besides fighting isn't the answer. I know when I was a teenager, I wasn't interested in guys who got into fights. It always made me feel scared. Some girls might think you are always violent. It depends on each girl's take on the whole matter.

Sounds like you acted honorably. Good job, mate! By the way? Screw what the girls think. They only fall for the villain. :)

wow..sounds interesting. i guess u did the right thing by standing up for your friend; but why r u so worried about what the girls thought? if you did it for your friend, that shouldn't even be an issue.

You did have a choice...the easiest would have been to walk away. Learn from this experience.
