DONT EAT SWEETS!!!! I had all of these pimples on my face a couple years ago and I was eating a lot of sweets. Over the years i've stopped eating sweets, it was really hard at first. I'd have to tell myself I didn't want it but end up eating it anyway. Now I can pass up anything at all. I use a face mask at night and use rubbing alchohol on any stray pimple. Also drink lots of water...your supposed to drink 2 liters each day. and eat lots of fruit. it'll take a long time but after a while you'll have a really clear face trust me

just wash your face with soap and water if you want to be cheap about it when you first get up and when you go to bed
also if you do anything to make you sweat (out in sun or exersise) wash your face
you could try some anti-bacterial wash too, since acne is caused by normal skin flora that exist on your face and get into the pores

Take a more rough rag. Not like killer rough, just not soft. A good scrubber. Put it in the shower with you and the very last thing you should do is wash your face just with soap.
Then teach yourself to stop touching your face.
If needed wash it with just soap. Something that doesn't contain moisturizer.
Also watch what your eating. Dr Pepper used to make me break out like crazy. Just pay attention to what makes you break out most and try to avoid it. Also stress can cause big breakouts.

first, make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water (64 ounces) a day
try to eat a balanced diet, not too much sugary or fatty foods, lots of fresh vegetables and/or fruits
wash your face twice a day with mild soap, and rinse with clear water, and pat it dry. don't scrub, pick, poke or squeeze anything.
keep your fingernails trimmed and clean, and away from your face.
and finally, smile, this too shall pass.
blessings,
cryllie
