many people believe that soul exists. also many believes that person is alive only till the soul is there in the body and person becomes dead the moment soul leaves the body, still no concrete proof.

Hmm the proof comes through love, when someone gives into loving another and loses them as they will inevitable, the wounded heart finds its connection to the soul....heartbreak....
proof....ok...the world is evolving in a certain direction, it is moving towards unity and diversity...this can also mean acceptance of differences and non-judgment of others. All pain in life teaches these in one form or another...the part of us that learns in this process of evolution, the trial and error of it is stored in a DNA, it is the part of us that is improving. Now to describe this essence of improvement as a sequential experience we can call that soul..
next, if i call someone a pathetic waste of life on earth,,,,, how does that make them feel? it hurts them and makes me feel stronger? If I yell at a child every day, and train him to believe he is worthless, what did i gain in that? it is his soul......
If i delite in torturing someone.. what do i "get" from that, I get a part of his soul.......
If a man devotes his entire life to work and making money, dismissing emotions, family, and love, he has sold what to money?
again his soul.....
he dies with a life not lived,
a life without love is not worth living,,,,,,,,

The trouble with discussing 'soul' is that it is a Christian concept.
Try to talk about anyone having such a thing and the Christians wade in and hijack it!!
Whilst many atheists, pagans and people of other religions might believe in something like a soul there cannot be a proper debate about such things until the Christians learn love and tolerance - so that is never then!

Read the prodigal son parable. The elder brother is our soul self who remains in unfallen state and still is at oneness with the father. The younger brother is our organic self or personality who has become a prisoner in the far away country or outer darkness. When the organic self seeks to become one with the father again he/she seeks to return to edenic kingdom that man became alienated from in the beginning.
Also the soul isn't in the body, rather your personality is a expression or projection of it into the physical world. The majority of the time mankind becomes alienated from this higher reality at early age, some however still retain their esoteric connection with their soul from birth. But this depends on the laws this person was born under of.

I believe our souls is our consciousness.
I'll give you an example. I am trying to lose weight. I have to limit myself to 1000 calories a day. At night I get hungry and my body wants to eat. My brain wants to feed my body. My consciousness says NO! I will not eat. My will power is my soul. The physical body is overruled by my consciousness.

Well, if one sincerely wanted proof, you will find it eventually. Once you explore the possibility of astral projection or out of body exploration, you will find many techniques making this possible.
Or, just leave the alone and be content with your present knowledge.
Either way, it's your decision.

confident - because of fact the life of God is a supernatural subject - the word supernatural meaning ‘above’ the organic. Human philosophy, reason, good judgment, information, expertise and technological expertise are element of the ‘organic’ realm and could in no way have the skill to coach or disprove the life of God.

My Dad died, and before he did I asked him to let me know if he/his soul was there after and to let me know.
He has in vivid dreams several times.
I totally believe it now.
