Use "medium" to thin them out... or you can jsut use water, its much cheaper.

Use acrylic medium - if you use just water, you can thin out the binder too much and cause the paint to flake off the canvas.

Also the medium will help keep the paint from streaking as it does with plain water.

I've use just water. but I think Donna Dewberry has a medium product that suppose to be good ,but a little expensive.

i use water to mix my acrylics.
