In the beginning you have tenderness where the cancer is.
At the end even with no treatment you are in agonizing pain. Cancer cells are irregular cells that eat through you organs.

As time goes by just the things that happen to your body probably hurt. I can imagine you get a bit used to it to a certain extent.
I saw my grandma right before she died. She was in a lot of pain. They had her on some strong medication, and you could tell she was very uncomfortable.
Just from what i've seen. It is painful, but not something that cannot be helped with medication to some point. Then it seems uncomfortable for the most part.

It depends on the cancer and what stage it's at. Most don't feel anything in the beginning (or at most they feel some soreness), but as the cancer progresses they start to feel pain, which increases at the rate of progression.

Its horrible pain. I have lost 2 of my aunts with cancer. Watched them closely during their lives and it was something that I fear till today. Always get good check up and take care of your health.

It can get to where it hurts. Esp. if it is in your bones, or organs. My grandmother had it on her back and she was in a lot of pain. When she was on her death bed, she had to have morph. because she was in such pain fromall the cancer.

No, cancer, usually, doesn't hurt. That's why it's very difficult to know if you have it.
It's deadly, if left untreated, though.
Merry Christmas!!!
