okay i have
done this before..
simply starve yourself.
no, its not being
anorexic..
just starve yourself..
and eat less. and less
and excersize alot..
drink water..
and you might want to take
a vitamin in the the morning
so your energy is just ennough
for you to be active

exsercise:
wether its simply
walking to the local gas station or
doing stretches.

25% of protein, 25% of complex carb (sweet potatoes,yams,brownrice or whole bread), 50% of veggies =100% on you plate . Think as fraction .... 1200-1400 calories day and maximum fat a day is up 30% gram fat. but be sure no less than 20 % fat. drink eight glasses a day. Walk, dance, stairs. Just have balanced healthy meal. If you like apple pie , think of apple . Hot chocolate, think of apple cider the more you adjust the calories . YOu will see the results. YOu need to give yourself at least 20 days until you adjust your routine and eating habits.

eats foods high in protein and fiber and low in fat, sodium and cholesterol. Drink at least 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day. try to stay away from soft drinks, even diet sodas are bad for you. exercise regularly, and no matter what you do, DO NOT QUIT!! Don't starve yourself, eat five smaller meals over three large ones. and try not to eat past 7 pm. make breakfast a priority, and you largest meal. try to exercise early in the day, that way you burn body fat, not food you've eaten earlier.. weigh yourself regularly, using the same amount of clothing [at the same time of day] preferably morning [wt. is most accurate].

Learn how to spell. It's a miracle I understood that. And no one would tell you to go anorexic. Unless they were being sarcastic. Eat only when you're hungry and even then eat foods high in vitamins and low in calories- such as vegetables. And KEEP MOVING! Exercising and working out. Best of luck-

Try the apple diet, just eat one apple at breakfast , one at lunch and for dinner the same during one week and you will lose 4kg and remember drink a lot of water, between each meal try not to eat or eat lettuce and drink water.

There are many ways to lose weight.1, you could eat breakfest. some people say it is klosing weight by skipping it but trust me it makes you gain to NOT eat breakfest. if u don't u wood end up starving by lunch time and over eat. if u have ardy eatin lunch and still feel hungry,Drink milk or eat an apple.

ok...eat helthier foods...n cut ur portions of food in half. adn drink lots of water and lay off the juice n soda...no more juice is verybad!! n also no more peanut butter or fast foods...try subway, thats better then n-e other fastfood resteraunt n excerise to i-m me if u need more help, bye luck

what ever you do DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF its stupid and dangerous just eat three healthy standered meals a day drink plenty of water, exercise eat healty thigs for snacks like fruit and veggies, salad thigs like that.
it wont happen over night but it will eventually

you cant just loose weight in a day...dont do anythings stupid dont exersise and not eat cause you end up passing out...eat healthy...drink lots of water and exersise 2 times a day!
