Anyone have a Shiba Inu?

I Have always thought shiba inu's were cute and cool and ****...
And i was thinking about getting one soon..

have any? cool stories? pictures?

I don't have one, but I've taught a few in dog training classes. Shiba's are very indendent dogs. If you want a dog that wants to hang with you and be a buddy, try something else. If you like a dog that is more catlike, likes to do its own thing but maybe check in with you once in awhile, then a Shiba would be okay.

I'd definitely get to a Positive Reinforcement Training Class ASAP if you get one. Force based methods just make your dog hate you and unreliable off leash.
