A born-again virgin.
He asked you if you were a virgin on the second day you hung out? You should have told him it was none of his business.
Having lied, however, you are stuck in a classic dilemma: to tell or not to tell.
If you don't tell, he will never know. Lots of girls don't bleed when they have sex for the first time and it's very easy to break the hymen accidentally. And if he trusts you, why should he doubt you?
If you do tell, he will be disappointed but at least he will know the truth. Tell him that you wanted everything to be completely honest between you because he means so much to you etc.
You can never recover your virginity. Even if you have an operation to resew the hymen (very popular in Japan where it's called cutie surgery), it does not restore your virginity.

It's called "Secondary Virginity" but I think it's a lot of nonsense. The reality is, you are not a virgin anymore. You CAN say that you made a mistake and gave your virginity to some idiot, but you have been celibate since then. That's an honest answer, and your new friend should respect that. Tell him you were scared that he wouldn't like you because you aren't a virgin & that's why you lied.

Any two people contemplating having sex with each other are entitled to sufficient accurate information to know whether doing so is a health risk and both should engage in sufficient safe sex precautions to make it unnecessary to stray into the none of your business arena. When a relationship becomes serious, there needs to be an agreement struck as to what of each other's past is fair access and why either wants/needs to know. Then live within and respect those privileges and boundaries.

It is time to right a wrong. Tell him the truth, and explain why you did it. At the very least he should be appreciative that you have been honest with him. There is no such thing as a second hand virgin.

have you ever seen sex and the city? there is one episode where charlotte doesnt want to have sex with her new fiance so she can re-new her virginity,, first of all, honesty is what keeps a relationship going, but i still think that WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST, HAPPENED,, everyone deserves a past, and also a secret past,, maybe you should tell him, but he should understand and there should be no problem at all,, good luck

Sweetie, just be honest i know that will be hard. If he rejects you because of that dishonesty early on in your relationship, he is not worth knowing. A couple needs trust and honesty in their relationship i know im close to 30 years married.

really if he lights up at the fact your a virgin. not a good sign. he obviously just wants to have sex with you and it will end up falling apart.. do you think he is a virgin? or is it all about religion to him. because to me its just you and God to deal with it all. Its not about if your a virgin. if its religious. its about motives. if not religious then its purely stupid to care if your a virgin or not. if you mean well tis cool.
