Yes, I like frozen because they are some are not in season or some are so expensive in the market. It is more convenient.I use it alot for my protein shakes, oatmeals, crepes, cobblers, homemade jams, even make its as sorbet. I Medley berries.
We need vitamins and fiber.

However I don't really like eating fruit that was once frozen and then defrosted. The texture is changes a lot.
In the summer I'll normally freeze a lot of berries and grapes, just for really cold snacks or smoothies.
Though most of the time I'll eat fresh fruit, but I stick to the seasonal stuff. Out-of-season fruits don't seem to taste as good, and they're normally incredibly expensive. In that case, I'll go buy frozen.

It depends on what I'm using it for. I love a fresh, ripe peach, but that's hard to find in the winter. Considering that frozen fruit are picked at the peak of their ripeness and flash frozen, they are just as good and healthy as fresh.
