God and I just don't get along these days, He says "to-may-to", I say "ta-mot-to", so we just decided to call the whole thing off.

Lucifer (satan) is a fallen angel. He tried to overtake God. He could not, of course. God banished him from heaven. Satan then started his own attempt to take over the world, and is still doing so today. He is the second most powerful and second smartest being as well. He thinks he will win in the end, so he will never come back to God and ask forgiveness. He is subtle. He is sharp. He appears to be doing a good job in his efforts in fooling many people. He has many followers. I am referring to the influencial people in our world who have just enough ability to mislead the people looking for the "right" things to follow. He is slick. He leads people to believe they are doing what is right. Then they go with these beliefs. They search no further for the true living God. If he ran around being the ultimate obvious evil that he is, he would have hardly any followers. As he is playing his game now, he is believing that he will ultimately win the world over to his side. He is smart in his methods, but he is foolish to believe that evil will ultimately win over good. God is able to forgive satan, satan will not ever ask. He will not reform because he believes that every one will worship him instead of the only one true God.

All things are possible in God's Love. Even the Devil himself, if he repented and turned back to God could be forgiven. This speaks not of the Devil, but of the Greatness of God's Love.

Satan is a fallen angel. The will of an angel is so strong that once they decide something their decision is forever. Therefore, Satan will never repent for rejecting God. Therefore no forgiveness is possible since Satan will always be the father of all that is evil.
If you would like to learn more, I recommend reading the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Satan was an angel in heaven with God and he knew all about God. Yet he lied to Eve about him and caused sin and death to enter into the world. He blasphemed the holy spirit and in doing so, will never be forgiven. Besides, it looks to me like he isn't sorry yet.

The devil could be forgiven if he admitted that he was wrong and asked for forgivness. But obviously, the devil's not gonna do that

Perhaps you should look at it in terms that Satan has done nothing wrong to need to be forgiven for. It is not his fault that god is a tyrant whose only desire is to control others. Satan did the right thing. And even if it were as you say, I doubt Satan would want to be forgiven. But then, I have a different view on Satan than you do.

No I do not think it is possible. The devil is a fallen angel (lucifer) he and the other 1/3 of the angels were given a chance prior to being kicked out of heaven. Just like us we are given a choice to choose Christ while we are alive here on earth.
Heaven is a place where the presents of God does not show its self. People don't want to be with God in heaven then they can live in there own heaven in what I would call Hell because I want to be in heaven with God eternity in hell is fearful beyond my imagination.

The Devil's fate is sealed. His doom is clearly spelled out in Revelation 20:10 , speaking of an event in the future, after the millennial reign of Christ: "And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever."
I do not believe the devil would accept God's forgiveness even if it was offered to him. Furthermore, God's atonement is only for descendants of Adam, not for angels. (Hebrews 2:16)

The world is always changing, devil or not.
Forgiveness is important but not the only way to your heaven.
Although, the idea of a devil is scary for some, it actually is an adventurous idea for others. Depends on the perspective. I think of the idea of Lucifer to be an interesting outlook on the idea of a being absent of infinite knowledge but trying to find it again.
Therefore, if we explore the areas of knowledge unknown to "us", we would be absent of that particular knowledge ourselves and trying to understand it.
Literally, Lucifer would be meant as the light bringer. So it would be a very similar comparison to what it means to have passion and adventure.

There is a small faith sect called Apokatastasis, which follows the doctrines that all souls, including animals, righteous people, sinners, plants, demons, angels, and even satan himself will be redeemed through God's infinite love.
Think Anakin Skywalker on this one.....
