If you have an espresso machine at home.......

Starbucks sells the peppermint syrup, ask for the big bottle it's 5 or 6 bucks. Find a dark chocolate syrup like ghiradelli, put equal parts of each. If you have an espresso machine pull two shots steam some milk and add it to the peppermint and dark chocolate. Top with fresh sweetened whip cream and red sprinkles. Enjoy!

Making Peppermint mocha is quiet simple. All you need is peppermint syrup, chocolate syrup, and espresso (assuming you have an expresso maker). If your making it as a latte you would have to steam the milk.

For a 12 oz. cup
1 oz. peppermint syrup
2 oz. chocolate syrup
1 oz. expresso (unless desired stronger)
8 oz. milk

combine expresso, peppermint and chocolate then add milk. It is usually topped with whipped cream and jimmies.
