My weight is higher than it has been in a long time I am used to weighing in between 108-118 I know that is a big jump, but it is according to the scale I am using. I am 5.5 and I need to lose weight. I used to be anorexic and I think I have been trying to make up for it....ugh so can someone please help me decide how fast the weight will come off with two weeks of strict fitness rituals which I have been lacking?

Fasting will only get you anorexic again.
Walking and dancing for 12 hours a day will strain your muscles if you do it non-top. Keep giving yourself breaks in between to allow the muscles to relax. Same thing with the dumbells.
Instead of fasting, you could go in for a healthy vegan diet of tomatoes, beetroot, carrots and cucumber slices.. This will help you from keeping away gas and possible ulcers and stop you from getting anorexic.
All the best!!!
Merry Christmas!!!!!

Fasting for that long will do an intense amount of damage to your body - you will be worse off than when you were anorexic.
You need MODERATE exercise - and 12 hours a day is NOT moderate. YOu need a healthy diet as well.
You have not said how much you weigh now, but know that if you only weigh 10-30 lbs more, you do NOT need to lose weight for your height.
And the fact of the matter is, as your body gets toned and in shape, you will actually weigh more through muscle mass.
Maybe you should try accepting yourself as you are, and stop trying to damage yourself for some stupid societal standard.
Go back ot the counseling as well - sounds lke you are slipping into old ways.

Two weeks of intense fitness will do nothing but screw up your body. You need to be consistent, The faster you lose weight, the faster you will gain it back along with extra baggage.
Live a healthy lifestyle. Get 30mins of exercise a day. get enough sunshine. Get enough sleep. Eat healthy well balanced meals. Starving yourself will only shrink your stomach making it much easier for you to gain weight later when you have a normal diet.

in the experience that your observing loosing weight quicker, upload in 'aerobic' on your exercising consultation recurring, particularly AFTER doing all your weight education. by employing doing this, will will heavily objective your saved fat (for ability) when you consider which you till now burned your ability doing the load education. that's a somewhat trouble-free technique between bodybuilders. 6 reps is somewhat plenty, regularly 3 to 4 is user-friendly. 12 reps is solid for the two muscular benefit 'bulk' as properly as definition. i could decrease the contraptions by employing a pair, say to 4, and placed the time distinction right into a aerobic recurring, as stated, after the load education. bear in mind, even even with the undeniable fact that your dropping weight, your certainly gaining lean muscle mass so, in theory, your loosing extra then the size is showing, related to fat loss in pounds (ie: extra fat in pounds is coming off you mutually as your including muscle pounds)..
