oh, and in response to the diarrhea comment above, I didn't do that at all. maybe it's different for everyone?

It is not healthy to lose weight fast. However you can eat a diet of high protien. Meat with low fat is the protein. Add green vegatables to that diet to help. Spinach, green beans have few calories. You can also lose water weight quickly but this is also not healthy. Excersize is the way to do that. Some people can lose 15 lbs. of water weight in one day. It returns as soon as you drink fluids.

Or, If you eat a lot of salt or drink a lot of water, I hear that not eating anything with salt in it for a whole day will make you drop five pounds of water weight.
