Is the thermostat an OEM or an aftermarket? Is it the right temperature rating? New heating cores are $55 to $135 unless you get it from the dealer, then much more. It iwll depend on AC or no AC, and 3.3 liter or 3.5 liter engine, though engine size may not make a difference, it does sometimes. Check the valve first.

Or: Air is not being directed over heating coils in heater core or hot water is not being routed there. There is a valve that is opened when you turn to heat, it routes hot water through the heating core. Then, air must pass over it and pick up heat before entering the car. Do you feel the air but no heat? If you can find the hose to and from you heater core, turn on the heater and feel if they get warm or hot. Perhaps when everything was replaced the part that actuates the valve was disconnected? It is on the passenger side of the engine compartment on the firewall.

possibly the valve that allows hot water to get into the heater core inside the car is not switching to open. There was a vacuum operated valve on many Dodge vehicles. With the engine fairly warm touch the hoses that feed water to the heater and determine if the heat is getting in. If not the valve is bad. If the hoses are hot going in, then I fear the heater core has plugged. You will need to take it to a shop that services heaters and radiators. They might be able to flush it clean, or change the valve for you.
I wish you luck, years ago I had a car stop heating in the middle of winter. I about froze in there till it got fixed...

a new heat core is about 200 bones, its the insalation thats really squeezes the wallet to replace it you must remove the dash, and all the other componits on the passanger side, i had to replace mine about a year ago and after it was all said and done my final bill was 678 dollars (bloody pirates at that shop), but if you have replaced the rad, and the thermostate, 10 -1 says its the heater core. good luck
