She has no other symptoms that anything could be wrong. She has ate, drank, had bowl movements and urinated. She hasn't been exposed to cleaning products or anything harmful. And it's just clear salivation. I've checked her teeth, they look fine. No abrasions to her gums or tongue. About once every 15 to 30 minutes I have to whipe the strings hanging from her mouth. Oh and she's a 10 lb. Rat Terrier.

Her stomach my be bothering her. Dogs will drool when they are nauseated. If it continues to get worse, or especially if she tries but is unable to vomit, take her to the vet. She may have gotten into something that you don't know about yet.

it could be a reaction to something in your house, a stmach problem, or she's just not being feed enough. Little dogs tend to have higher metabolisms so if you're feeding her on a schedule try making her meals more frequent. She could also be reacting to changes in the weather.
