When you know without a shadow of a doubt that she loves you with the same intensity that you love her. Don't go jumping into something quickly because you THINK she loves you too. Make sure it's real before you do anything. And if you should decide to become engaged right now, stay engaged for awhile before you marry. That way you both know if you want to be stuck with each other for real FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIVES.

You can't generalize the "time to propose". It's not some mechanical process. You will feel very strongly from inside that this is the perfect time for you to propose.

I think it would be good when she tells u that she loves u! it would be perfect, especially when u guys r some where romantic! a girl can never say no if u guys r some where that is just so beautiful unless she doesnt say i love u. if she says that she loves u, u should tell her that u love her too and want to spend the rest of ur life with her and why u truely love her and care about her then give her the ring!!!!!!!!!! she would say yes if she feels the same way!!!!!!!!
