i'm living here in the philippines would there be a way on checking credit scores?

yes there is a way as long as you have a ssn# you can check credit score

If you're using CitiBank you'd want to log-on to http://citibank.com.ph/PHGCB/JPS/portal/Index.do then select "Quick Inquiry".
