Eat more fiber and make sure to add lots of fluid to your diet. Fruits and Veggies will help as well. If it's a chronic problem try going on a gluten free diet (no grains)and see if that helps.

Milk of magnesia helps a lot if you drink a little more than your supposed to. Or if you take some fiber supplements. If nothing else take a swig of some vegtable oil.

My son is 10 years old and he has this problem. Luckily we give him 1 glass of apple juice a day, or a cup of apple sauce. This works great for him. Hope it works great for you.
