It sounds like you are considering surgery. I've seen my share of each and, to be honest, a natural pair of C cups are way better than a fake pair of DD. I know heads turn at the sight of larger specimens, but a true appreciation for the female form will be found in those guys that approach a NATURALLY endowed woman. Please, by all means, keep it real.
I can accept breast sugery for cancer patients or similar a crisis, otherwise, It's just an expense that keeps getting more expensive as you get older.

It really depends, if a girl gets breast augmentation then her original breast were probably awful. Considering that, it is a difficult choice.
