Since roe vs wade is never going to get overturned, do you think we should have stronger laws for people seeking abortion? Here I the laws we should have in my opinion.
1. Everyone should only be aloud 1 abortion. If they would get another one then it should only be if she is raped, incest, for medical health reason, like if the mother was in danger, or if she is under age. If her first abortion was due to incest, rape, or if she was in danger, if she was under age, that wouldn't count as her first abortion since of the ciucum stances. She would also have to provide documented proof that she was raped, or a victim of incest that she had no control over.
2. If she was underage, she would have to have a parents consent to get an abortion.
3. If the guy who helped created the baby wanted the baby, he should also have a say and she could not get an abortion. After all, its his sperm, not the girls.
4. She should be forced to attend a mandatory consoling session discussing all her abortions

the last question was cut off. She should have to attend a mandatory consoling session discussing all her alternatives before she chooses abortion.

1. I think this is fine. It makes sense. If a woman is raped or she's too young or has medical conditions then she should have the right to have an abortion. A woman shouldn't "accidentally" or "mistakenly" get pregnant and need an abortion more than once. The doctor should have word from police that a report was filed and there was in fact a rape.
2. I don't think an underage girl should need permission from her parents to get an abortion. There are some crazy people out there and if the girl is at an age where it can actually be life-threatening to have the child (15 and under, pretty much) or she's in school she should have the right to have an abortion.
3. I'm not sure if this should be a law. If a couple breaks up and the woman finds out she's pregnant the guy could force her to have the child just to try and keep their relationship together. What if it's an abusive relationship? What if the guy just wants to make her have the child so he can try and take custody and "get back" at her? Then that law's no good.
4. She should meet with a specialist to discuss the situation, the possible consequences, and the options.
I am pro-choice. However, there should be a limit of how many abortions a woman can get. There's no reason for a woman to mistakenly get pregant a certain number of times, even more than once when there's so many forms of protection these days. But I've never met anyone whose had more than one.
I have a question for those who are pro-life. How do you feel about chicken eggs? I mean, farmers take them, sell them, and we eat them. But if they didn't take the eggs and market them then the chickens would continue to sit on them and a chick would eventually hatch from the egg, right? So, what do those who are pro-life think of that?

Okay in reply on your questions: a million.) Yes, I believe there's a factor wherein abortion must be outlawed. I suppose that factor to be 6-eight weeks, that is the restrict for buying a scientific abortion, which not like a extra conventional surgical abortion, entails orally taking a tablet. So by means of surroundings the restrict to eight weeks, very nearly I am pronouncing that during "average" instances possibly surgical abortions must now not be to be had. In my opinion, I suppose eight weeks is much too lengthy. Please take some time to learn approximately embryonic and fetal growth, and you are going to see that a few of the relevant organ procedures broaden very rapidly, inside the primary trimester. After that, it is customarily measurement development of the fetus. Personally for myself, I would not get an abortion at ANY factor in time. However, I discover that now not every body has the identical view or set of morals as I do, consequently, I believe a reasonable *compromise* might be to set it at 6-eight weeks. I bet you would say I'm a kind of humans that's handiest "professional-option" at the precept that there must be a option/alternative to be had. But do I believe that this "option" must be constrained to some thing rather less inhumane? Yes I do, and that's why I say 6-eight weeks. two.) As for third trimester abortions...sure, I believe states must prevent this until it's for bodily well being motives.

1. Forget your other 'rules' Documented proof that she was a victim of sexual assault? Wow, way to be off base with reality. Most rape victims don't even report the crime and if they do, it's hard to prove it in court! Getting documented proof that someone is raped isn't as easy as saying it.
2. No! She doesn't need her parents consent to have sex, she doesn't need it to have an abortion. Again, you are out of touch with reality, what about abusive and sexually abusive parents? Parents who would kick their daughter out or refuse her right to an abortion? Yes, abortion is her right even if she is 14 years old. Besides, this would only make young girls who need abortions do it themselves. It puts these girls in danger.
3. No. Because while it may be his sperm, it's not his body that has to go through with the pregnancy. Men need to take responsibility. Besides, if it was sex with no intent or even talk about babies, then he gave up the rights to his sperm. Also, what happens if he wants her to have an abortion and she doesn't want to? It's his sperm too?
4. Mandatory counselling sessions? Why? What would be the point of that? If a woman needs counselling after an abortion that's one thing, but not all women do. So what? Are you going to use these mandatory counselling sessions to make women repent for their abortions or some masogynistic crap?
Clearly, you are psychotic. I hope you are forced into mandatory counselling sessions. You might even require a lobotomy.

OH YES DEFINITELY!! Abortion is killing an unborn child that DID NOT ASK TO BE HERE!! And since you ( not saying you, but people in general) had that one night of pleasure and find out your pregnant, you did the crime now DO THE TIME!! Its so unfair! What if your parents had aborted YOU! It wouldn't be alright to so many people than!
Now if the person was raped, I would think about adoption, before I think about aborting it

I agree with most of what you said except #3 that the guy should have a say in what she should do.
Most guys don't even know or care when a girl gets an abortion. The girl has to go through the nine months of pregnancy, not the guy. He should've used birth control himself if he was so worried about it. I personally don't think a man has any say in what I want to do with my pregnancy. Just because he is the father, being pregnant does not affect his life in any way.
I personally do not believe in abortion. I took my best friend in the world to have an abortion after I tried my best to talk her out of it.
It was the worst experience in the world. I could never ever get an abortion. There were at least 3 girls in there with there mothers probably 15 at the most. Nobody acted like it was a big deal at all. Kind of like they were just going in to get a flu shot. It was sickening to me.
I love my bestfriend, it was her choice, but I will never ever go into an abortion clinic again.

What's the point in talking about this? Especially in Pregnancy/Parenting. Doesn't this belong in Laws and Ethics? I think so!
Anyway there is no way to "enforce" rules. Things can be mandatory and people still will not do things. People do this everyday just getting in their car and driving. What makes you think people would follow the rules with abortion?
Many parents already force their children to have babies. Who should force someone to have their child? Should grandparents start telling children not to give their kids up for adoption? What if they kicked their child out? It's just one of those things.
How would you be able to determine if the woman was raped? Many women get raped from their husbands all the time.
What if the husband wants to keep the child but is also very abusive? Why should he have a say?
There are too many "what ifs" to make regulations on abortion.

Yes we need stronger laws in my opinion. Too many people are being ignorant and having unprotected sex and even using Plan B as a form of birth control and no one is worrying about STD's either!!!
I think age shouldn't matter, YOU PLAY YOU PAY. But I do see the negative side in that as well. Parents need to know what their kids are doing, so parental consent is needed!
I think the only real way to even come close to justifying abortion in my eyes is if the mothers life is in danger because of the pregnancy.
Fathers rights.... hmmm... there are too many promiscuous people out there for this to work. Too many people don't actually know how the father is. So that will be tough to get anywheres with.
I don't think a baby by rape is ok to abort either. Its not the childs fault, but the resentment.....
THIS IS JUST TOO TOUCHY OF A TOPIC....
SORRY IF I OFFEND ANYONE. I am against abortion.

If you think it should be regulated at all, then it should be banned. Think about it. We only regulate things that warrant regulation. Usually, something that is regulated is viewed as being bad. If abortion is bad, then it is bad for a reason. That reason is that abortion kills another human being. Killing another human being is bad. Our society and its laws say so.
1. So, why would one "get out of jail free card" to kill your unborn baby be any different than killing ten of them? Do we get one "free" murder in our society? NO.
2. If she is underage, it makes NO DIFFERENCE because the life inside of her is EXACTLY the same as the life inside a mother of legal age of consent. See number 1.
3. How does this fit into the ridiculous premise of "my body, my choice"? I believe that the father has the right to say "you cannot kill my baby" but once you do that, you kill the whole argument for "pro-choice for the mother only" that pervades our society.
4. Again, doesn't this defeat the gospel of "free will" that those who are pro-choice espouse and preach as gospel? Again, it is another reason why abortion should be outlawed!
In closing, it is important that people understand that there is no such THING as "pro-choice-but-morally-opposed ". You either think it's murder and should be outlawed, or you think it's a good thing and should be a rite of passage. Anything in between is pure hypocrisy, contradiction and cowardice.

ABORTION IS MURDER
Pro-choicers - you already made your choice
As far as the girls with illegal abortions or "coat-hanger" abortions - so what - if a woman dies by trying to MURDER her unborn baby then she deserves what she gets
If a husband raped a wife and she stays with him (or if he abuses her and she stays with him) in this day and age she deserves as much of it as she takes
If it is rape....two wrongs do not make a right "I got raped....so I'm going to go kill an innocent unborn baby and try to say it was because I never want to be reminded" whatever - you will always remember it whether you give birth or not - why murder a baby
people need to use common sense and start taking responsibility for their own actions

I have always found abortion laws to be very interesting. After all telling a woman what she can and can not do with her own body. Being a man I really can not give any relative insight on what it is like to be pregnant. Please, everyone who reads this answer remember this, abortion is a necessary evil and we should support those who need one. The way I see it is if it is inside of me, then it belongs to me. Your question was very thoughtful but what you failed to mention was the (coat-hanger) abortion. Where does that fit into all this?
