Only Iraqis that are religious fanatics and extremists must be bombed. Respect most of them and suspects must be treated well. Prisoners must be governed by the provisions of the Geneva Convention.

No there are innocent men, women and children living in Iraq. They have no choice who is in their country. No more than you do about who your next door neighbor is.
