ok if i get to a point were i know she likes me and everything is dandy in that area. How do i ask her( and take this into mind, ive never had a girlfriend i dont know how to talk to a girl that i like except normal chatting and stuff) Were or how would i ask her ?

for your question there may and are many answers. But the best would be take her some place where she wants to go so give her the chace of chosing the place. And how to ask her have you spoke to her bifore if so then Talk to her as you did and fell free to be your self after all the worst answer would have been No but now that you know that she likes you that is not possible so not matter what you say be gentle do not stuter and all just say what ever is on your mind. Ask her if she wants to get lunch or coffee sometime. This allows for great conversation. If ya'll are having fun, before you leave, ask if she wants to get together again sometime soon. Don't do dinner, do something fun with communication abilities, too, like putt-putt, an arcade, or something. If that's fun, do dinner sometime. Hope this helps and good luck.

If you know she likes you, just ask her if she would like to go to a
movie. Do the usual chatting like you do right now. She likes you like you are. You don't have to do anything different. She is probably just waiting for you to ask her out.
