Wow, sorry your brother is such a jerk. Definitely need to talk to your parents about this, if they cancel out as "natural sibling rivalry", than you need to talk to another adult you trust. Your brother has issues and is going over the line with you. You deserve respect, this is beyond typical sibling rivalry. It is abuse, talk to someone before it gets worse.

Well, first off, this is just how siblings act towards each other. There is usually one that bully's the other around, for as long as it is allowed. My advice to you is to tell your parents what your brother is doing... and be specific. If that doesn't work then try the following:
1. Nag him until he is annoyed
Follow him around the house
Listen in on his phone calls
Call his cell phone and hang up (if your minutes allow)
Go through his things when he is in the bathroom, kitchen, or another room.
2. Start standing up to him.
Make sure he understands that you know how to clean up after yourself
When he pushes you, push him back
Yell loudly when he attempts to do something he shouldn't.

Eventually your parents will get enough of the yelling and bickering between the two of you to notice that something isn't right and hopefully correct the problem.

Push him around the next time you have girls over at your house. When you have girls over at your house, have two girls pick him up one by the ankles and another by the hands and carry him to his room and tie him to the chair. Next have the girls ask him to give them his cell phone (if he has one) so they could look at it or if he does not they will search him and his room. Next give him a makeover by dressing him like a girl and put makeup on him and then take pictures of him. Then have the girls hit him as well and push him around and since he is a clean freak, have all the girls go into his room and make a mess and then have two girls pick him up and hold him down while he is cleaning the mess and then after the mess is cleaned up, have one girl take his ankles and another girl take his hands and swing him while you carry him to the bathroom and put him on the toilet and stay in there while he is using it. Then after he is finished, have the same two girls pick him up off the toilet and put him in the shower with his clothes on and the water running and then tell him that you will have the girls push him around and pick him up until he stops annoying you.

this answer deserves 10 points.

Well you should talk to your brother and tell him how you feel about this and if you cant talk to him write him a letter and slip it under his door, dont hit him back and if you do only do it in self defense or the case can flip on you that you were abusing him, if talking or writing doesnt help then talk to an adult and have a lock on your door when you talk to your mom or dad ask them about their problems and how they solved them i bet you they can give you sage advice.

You should tell your parents about this. Your brother has no right to do that to you! If he continues like this I wouldn't be surprised that he becomes a wife controler and beater as well! He does not act like a normal person. Is he on drugs? You should definitely talk to someone who will make him understand that this is no way to treat a sister. No-one should be abused like that!

That's how older brothers are. But to make him stop, you just have to start sticking up for yourself. When he starts to yell at you, saying you make a mess and such. Just yell back or say... "so what, I'm going to clean it when I'm finished" show him a bit of attitude. And when he comes into your room looking through your stuff. You could tell him to get out of your room and mind his own business. If you start sticking up for yourself, and putting your foot down. Sooner or later, he's just going to give up. Because he's only doing all of that to bug you. Seeing as you're not sticking up for yourself, he's getting away with it, and realizing you're getting mad. Which makes it as pure amusement for him. If he hits you, hit him back. Everything he does to you, start doing it to him. Look through his stuff, tell him not to make a mess. Look at all of his texts, etc.

Your brother is a bully and he is physically abusing you.

You need to report this to your mother and your father immediately, and get a lock for your bedroom NOW!!!
