Ok, well I'm 16, and my best friend, is totally amazing, I have heard from numerous people that I have asked, that I should kiss her,when I find the right moment, but, how do I know when the right time is?

well when it comes and she is ready to kiss you then its time but if you realy like this girl you should tell her how you feel dont be afraid because when you guys have a moment were you tow will cry or what ever guys do she may not want to do it again

It all comes naturally!!! You will know when the right time is.. or you could simply tell her how you feel and ask her if she would mind if you gave her a kiss? Be a gentleman...
