On Thursday afternoon I went to the store and accidently left a couple bags in the car. One of them had the following:

Margarine
Cream Cheese
Sour Cream
Frozen Juice Concentrate (One grape juice, the other a grape/peach mix).

I didn't find them until this morning, so they were in the car two nights and a full day. Usually, I would just toss...but it has been really cold the last few days. The highest it got was possibly 57 (had a high of 57 on Thursday--but not sure if it hit that high while the items were in the car). Friday had a high of 42 degrees, and when I got them out of the car this morning it was 54 degrees.

The margarine was not melted...looked in perfect condition. The frozen drink concentrate had un-frozen. Everything was still cold though. What do you think? What should I keep and what should I toss?

The margarine should be ok because it's an oil based product but I wouldn't chance keeping anything else. No sense taking a risk for those few items is there?

The Time-Temperature Danger Zone is 40-140 degrees F.
Any food left in that temperature zone for longer than 4 hours should be thrown out because bacteria that causes food borne illnesses grows best then. SO, in other words, throw the food out unless you want a raging case of food poisoning. And you'd have only yourself to blame. Play it safe and toss it.

I'd say keep everything----as long as you use it right away. Margarine---won't turn rancide for ages.
cream cheese---you soften it anyway
sour cream---what's it gonna do? sour??
juice? mix it up and drink it down.

There are enough preservatives in all of our foods to keep for quite some time. Too many people worry about too many things most of the time.

At those temps left un-refridgerated beyond four hours, sorry but throw them out.

Unfortunately, if they were exposed to sustained temps over 45 degrees F. they are no longer safe for human consumption.
