Ok, well I'm 16, and my best friend, is totally amazing, I don't know if I should kiss her, and I know I could ask her to see if she's interested, i mean, just a kiss, not like making out or anything, also, I heard that I shouldn't ask her, I should just do it, but then someone else told me that I should ask if she wants, to, what should I do?

You should never ask a girl if you can kiss her. When she is sending the right signals (touching your arm or leg, laughing a lot, slapping or punching your arm, looking you in the eye, **looking from one eye to the other**) than you can just kiss her. Asking will make you seem insecure which is not something they want to kiss. If you kiss her and she freaks out, just sac up and apologize and move on. Don't try to trick her or you'll just piss her off.

Stats would say that you guys wouldn't last past 21 anyway. So try it and consider it a challenge and an adventure. If she feels the same way, I hope for the best for you both. I think that life is at its best when something as simple as a kiss can make everything right in the world. I hope you make her day as well.

OK,well first ma bey u should ask her on a date i no shes yer best friend but what do u got to lose. Then when u guys leave just huge her and give her a kiss. its no big deal. If yer shy and u back down shes not the girl for u. there are other fish in the sea write?

If you mean by best friend as in "girlfriend" then you should jump in there. Tip: do it when she leasts expects it. (like in the middle of a conversation) Don't ask her about it. Be spontaneous man.
If you mean by best friend as in ACTUAL friend and nothing more. Then you should really consider her feelings. Because if she doesn't feel like you, it can be painfully awkward. And asking her about it during this situation is just painful. You need to find out if she digs you as much as you do her before making a sudden movement.

Well have you known this person for a long time?Are you guys Best Buddies?Well maybe try going out on a date. Try the movies

All you have to do is face her, hold her hands in yours, and look her in the eyes, and IF you do not sense any negative feedback (Doesnt look at you funny or pull her hands away for instance) lean in and give her a kiss, because she wants it too. :c)
