i really like this guy and he really likes me back but he doesent know i like him and hes REALLY shy so if i approach him he might get scared waht should i do?

My best advice -
Just get to know him more. Become awesome friends with him before you choose to date him. I have some friends that made the mistake of dating the guy before they became good friends with them first. & then they realized that it would have been better to just stay friends. You need to figure out if you really want to be in a relashionship with this guy or just be friends.
If you are really good friends with him already then go for it. You make the first move. Guys dont always need to be the ones to make all the moves. & seeing that he is shy, so you say, most shy guys like when the girls make the first moves, because that tells them that its alright for them to make some moves. You need to be 100% honest with this guy too & he'll feel that he can open up & be 100% honest with you if you do the same to him.

If likes you well just get on with it cause thing might work out better than your thinking. Maybe he wants to ask you out but he's too shy so you have to make the first step

How do you know he likes you back? If he truly likes you back, then approach him slowly. Let him know you like him with subtle hints and see how that works first.
