my mum keeps telling me to shut off ne music with explicit lingo_iv brought up the fact that parents cant shield their kids from the worlds worst for ever coz either way evry1 grows up

Yes you are right we can not shield our kids from the world they do grow up. But that does not mean that we give up trying If we love them. and its because of this Love that we try. Don't be to hard on your Mum she can't help but love you she is you Mum.

well how loud are you playing the music?
You have to respect your mums rules! You live in her house. Someday your going to be a parent and see why mum is acting this way..
Can you listen to this music on a headset so only you hear the music and not the whole family?
Mum Knows best she is only doing her job being a parent....
