i am madly in love with this guy and he says he feels the same way about me me alot and ALL he does is flirt with me but he tells all his friends that he doesnt like me in that way and some of his friends he hates me i think hes protecting his ego but i have no idea! what should i do?

well from my point of view as a guy he's shy. so just bust him out in front of his so called friends.

sweetie if he can not be his self around his friends and let them know how he really feels about you, then he is not the one for you. And if you really want to know how he feels just start talking to someone else and watch how he respones to what you have done. Or you can just ask him why is he putting up a front in front of his boys. And let him know that he can be replaced

Well, this is what I think. If he truly liked you he wouldn't care what others thought, and since he cares about his friends think then maybe he is just an asshole because he says one thing to you and then he tells his friends another. Why hide your feelings? If you really love someone it shouldn't matter what others think.
