Okay, so two days before my menstration, I had small leg pains, like feeling like I had a knot in my right inner thigh, above my knee, then it led on to kind of sore, shooting pain on my outer right thigh. The pain was the same in both thighs, just more severe on the right. I just ended my menstration, and the shooting pains are very little to pretty much, gone, but I still feel like I have a knot in my right inner thigh, above my knee, and I feel like I overstretched my hamstrings on the right thigh, too. Should I be worried???

Maybe it was not the menses that were the problem. Maybe you had an aching type virus or flu. Maybe you needed potassium. If you have the symptoms again then please see a doctor

I'd say that if it keeps hurting or the knot doesn't go away to see a doctor.
