depending on the knowledge of men to find answers to the mysteries of the universe is a little ridiculous don't you think? can we admit we won't ever know everything and admit that that somebody who Does know everything is God? i'm going to try to type the numbers of random chance percentage it is that everything (finely detailed as it was created) was created. i don't know if i'll have enough space to type this in: 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%

I would say that most of the atheist I know search for a different sort of truth to their existence than people who have religion in their life. Because U don't believe in a supreme creator doesn't mean that the answer for who u are? and how did u come to be? what is ur purpose in this life? cease to be asked.
For my friend vic it's a matter of scientifique approach to the meaning of life rather than a spiritual one. And he seems happy in this quest. But that doesn't imply that spirituality is absent in atheism.
Being Catholic my search for "truth" takes a path between my religious convictions and modern scientific kknowledge I have aquired.

Actually, I think atheists and agnostics continue to search for the truth, I think it is Christians that have given up the search for the truth. Why must you harass atheists? This was not a question intended to provoke thought, it was intended to provoke anger. Not very nice, or at least I don't think.

Suppose that god has messengers, which is his spirit that gives knowledge. Suppose that god is very intelligent but cannot be everywhere and any where at once. So he has spirit messengers acting in his power. Suppose when you pray, god is listening. But how is he listening; its thru the spirit of the holy ghost where the message is sent. The spirit then will act in the power of god to give inspiration and guidance in your life because it is the spirit of God.

atheist has the truth, they don't have to seek for it. its not a matter of quantity, its a matter of quality. if you know the truth, you don't have to get confused, making right choice between crossroads. no more fears. there's nothing to argue about. no matter what you say or think, truth always remains.
life isn't about getting all information, life is all about balance in order to maintain its existence.
life doesn't care if you think you have everything.
if i already know something which is true, why do i have to believe in it. i just accept it, i don't have to convice myself or convince anybody that i have it, because i have it.
the only difference is ignorant doesn't comprehend it.

We don't know everything, but that does not imply in the least that there is a God that does know everything. You're leap of faith is not mine.
And for the umpteenth time, evolution does not say suggest that anything at all happened by simply random chance. It requires environmental pressures to give advantages to certain genetic mutations that then allow those offspring with the advantageous mutations greater chance to reproduce.

The universe exists. The universe must have been created. Therefore, one religion established 2,000 years ago (.00000001% of the total estimated age of the universe) in one region of one planet in one solar system in one galaxy out of billions and billions and billions of galaxies correctly explains its origins.
I just don't understand how you get from point A to point B.

No, Atheists just don't think the truth lies in a 2000 year old book written by mankind when we believed in monsters. Truth lies elsewhere.
