There is a product called DASH, which is a seasoned salt
and is in the spice section at your supermarket.
But the oldtime saying of a dash or a pinch...A dash equals
a couple of shakes from the salt shaker.

Depends. Some broccoli is good with just salt, but other times it's kind of dry on it's own and needs some cheese. I like putting it in my pasta too. Alfredo sauce is good with broccoli.
